A case study approach leveraging infrastructure-as-a-service to mobilize entrepreneurial support using Blockchain/DLT solutions

Genesis (2017): Dr. Carlton Robinson's Penn State University Community and Economic Development Masters Thesis led to the development of the Innovator's Journey UML and Pivot.City Market Network. Case studies are intended to explore entrepreneurial social infrastructure, resource mobilization, and service design: Download Defense | UML Success

Pre-Alpha (2019): Invited by National Science Foundation to pitch regarding distributive ledger technologies. Accepted pitch led to invite of proposal for Small Business Innovation Research Grant.

Alpha (2019/2020): Simultaneous pilots leveraging distributive online forms with workflows to support entrepreneurial development Carolina Small Business Fund and JAX Chamber. Began to evaluate Blockchain/DLT solutions to address security and self-sovereignty concerns.

Beta (2020): Jacksonville Women's Business Center Pilot to test efficiency of Pivot.City PoC <Network of Trusts> versus traditional participation in ecosystems with government partners. Increased ecosystem speed and efficiency by more than 10x in some cases to establish Pivot.City as a IaaS solution.
