From the Innovator’s Journey (InJ) Fulcrum perspective, applied and individualized learning represent levers in innovation. The load in innovation is cognitive while effort is individualized. Canvases, one-page templates that optimize innovative thinking, act as fulcrums; they may be documents, digital, and/or spatial. The more applied and validated learning that takes place with canvas activities, the lighter the load towards innovating.
